That's not a D-Bus issue. Try to find the program which causes this
error message, e.g. by looking at .xsession-errors and investigating
which programs are started.
If you use programs like nm-applet or gnome-power-manager, which require
special privileges, you should either use consolekit/policykit for the
dbus "at_console" policy or add your user to the required groups, like
e.g. netdev.
