[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#523087: same results with knetworkmanager

I'm getting the same error (get_secrets_cb(): Couldn't get connection secrets) when opening a wireless connection.

Similarly, restarting nm-system-settings did not help.

Restarting dbus and then restarting knetworkmanager allowed me to open the wireless connection.

I was not prompted for the password.
