It's timidity-daemon which fails to install, so this bug should be investigated
there. I would start by debugging the init script (e.g. by setting set -x) to
see where the install fails.

If you have a concrete bug report against policykit, then please file it, the
current on certainly isn't and I won't do any timidity debugging for you.
