[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#516121: network-manager-gnome: Is unconditionally started for gnome session, complains every 5 seconds about missing privileges

It appears that /etc/xdg/autostart/nm-applet.desktop starts for my gnome-session. As I am just a 
normal user,

$ id daniel
uid=1001(daniel) gid=1001(daniel) groups=24(cdrom),29(audio),1001(daniel)

this doesn't have enough privileges and complains (in ~/.xsession-errors):

*every 5 seconds*. One warning would be plenty, followed by an exit of nm-applet.
