[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#510546: hal ignores LVM volume

Package: hal
Version: 0.5.11-6

Two days ago, I did an upgrade (just catching up on 'testing' updates) and hal
stopped listing my /home (XFS + LVM). This of course broke apps like Amarok
which use this information to find volumes.

$ dpkg -l|grep hal
ii hal 0.5.11-6 Hardware Abstraction Layer
ii hal-info 20080508+git20080601-1 Hardware Abstraction Layer - fdi files
ii libhal-storage1 0.5.11-6 Hardware Abstraction Layer - shared library
ii libhal1 0.5.11-6 Hardware Abstraction Layer - shared library

I tried to start hald by hand to get some useful debug info out of it:

$ sudo /usr/sbin/hald --daemon=no --verbose=yes
