Hm, I just tested both network-manager and knetworkmanager from unstable *and*
experimental, and I can't reproduce your problem (thus downgrading back to
important and tagging it unreproducible).
Could you please install debsums and run
debsums -a dbus
debsums -a network-manager
debsumes -a network-manager-kde
