[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#538998: hal: CDs and DVDs with wrong character codes

My system is UTF-8. When I put a CD or DVD and copy it's files. They come
with ISO8859-1 and I can't rename them or enter the folders even I use
"convmv" utility... And I use a lot CDs and DVDs...
