[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#518368: network-manager: NM doesn't seem to use /etc/network/if-* directories anymore

In Network-manager 0.6, my scripts in /etc/network/if-pre-up.d/ were 
launched by Network-manager before the interface was brought up. Since 
0.7 (with the same scripts in /etc/network/if-pre-up.d/) my scripts are 
never called...

Is this expected ? Is there a new pre-up directory ? Or is this simply a 
bug ?
