[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#528991: hal fails to use dcdbas to set brightness on dell laptop

lsmod shows the module is loaded.
I am still experiencing this bug. Perhaps it is a limitation of having
a bios password. I will test it again, with the bios password
disabled.
