It will be added, one way or another.

Currently the 10-x11-input.fdi file is not enabled and only installed to
/usr/share/doc/hal/examples, because the evdev driver ships it's own fdi file. I
was talking to Julien some time ago, if either the xorg/evdev package should add
this information or if we should start using the fdi file from hal.
