I can confirm this bug.

I just upgraded to 0.7.999 on my laptop as well as on my MacMini. I'm
also using network-manager-kde 1:0.7~~svn941706-2.

It seems it finds the available networks. It just can't connect to any of them.

Right now I'm on a wired connection. Pinocchio got his strings back.
