Hello,

In our vendetta for faster boot I examined our current Xsession.d
scripts and noticed that they call a lot of external programs (grep
several times, or which) and run some code which is unlikely to be useful
on many machines (such as ~/.Xresources).

I sent a patch for x11-common [1] which provides a function
"has_option <optionname>" which only uses shell-internal string
substitution and only ever reads /etc/X11/Xsession.options once.

Once that patch goes in, dbus-x11's Xsession.d script should use it to
drop another grep from the session startup.

(I'm going to mark this bug as being blocking on 570447 once I get the #).

Thanks,

Martin
