[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#566937: Missing dependency on cryptsetup

Package: gnome-disk-utility

Gnome Disk Utility currently does not seem to have a dependency on
cryptsetup, while the program does invoke binaries provided by that
package when creating an encrypted partition:

  Error starting job: Failed to execute child process
  "cryptsetup" (No such file or directory)

Suggested solution: add a dependency on cryptsetup.
