[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#605228: "cupt full-upgrade" misses some upgrades

To investigate the problem there I need (at the moment when those 9
packages are not yet upgraded) either

a) debug logs from you ('cupt full-upgrade -o debug::resolver=1
   2>debug.log') and maybe some configuration files after by request
b) or all the following files: /etc/apt/*, /var/lib/apt/lists/*,
   /var/lib/apt/extended_states, /var/lib/dpkg/status.

Otherwise I cannot do much with the problem. Please, again, note, that
logs or files fetched after "I could upgrade the remaning" won't help.
