You are mixing dhcp-client v4 from unstable with networkmanager from stable,
which uses the obsolete dhcdbd to control the dhcp-client.
I don't think mixing your system in that way is really a good idea.
Please update everything to unstable and try if you can reproduce the problem
with and up-to-date system.
