Hi,

Thanks for the fast response! I'm using nm-applet, here are the 
contents of /var/lib.../NetworkManager.state:

[main]
NetworkingEnabled=true
WirelessEnabled=false
WWANEnabled=true

Removing the file, and restarting the network-manager service fixed the 
issue. Thanks!
