I just upgraded to 0.8.2-5 from unstable, restarted my nm-applet, and
re-triggered the kernel bug by sleeping/resuming.  Network Manager now
works as i wanted it to -- i don't need to restart the daemon after
removing and re-adding the module.

So i'm confirming the fix here.
