Hm, ok. the marhalling error in your first log looked like the exact same
problem. Anyway, let's reopen this bug again.

Is that knetworkmanager or the plasma widget? knetworkmanager
(network-manager-kde) is no longer supported, and it would be great if you could
try the latest plasma widget and/or nm-applet (network-manager-gnome)

Can you increase the loglevel of wpasupplicant:
http://live.gnome.org/NetworkManager/Debugging
And run NetworkManager --no-daemon --log-level=debug
