[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#529746: Updating KDE to 4.6 breaks USB stick mounting

After updating KDE to version 4.6 and therefore bringing udisks into the
system I was not able to mount a USB stick by using KDE device notifier
or clicking appropriate item in the Dolphin's "Places" list. You can
find the error message on the attached screenshot.

Installing the "policykit-1" package and rebooting the computer (to make
sure DBus is restarted correctly) solved the problem.

Since Debian KDE depends on udisks, I guess it should depend on
"policykit-1" (at least) as well to avoid breaking USB device mounting.
