[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#617531: network-manager-pptp-gnome: Poor performance

I have done a network speed test over PPTP, used the same hardware for both
Windows 7 and Debian Squeeze. NM-pptp-gnome performs about 50% of the speed
that PPTP connections done from Windows 7.
I love Debian but this makes it difficult to use.. :-/
