[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] me as maintainer of nm-pptp

I did notice that I'm still listed as a maintainer of
network-manager-pptp. 

While I did something to bring this plugin in Debian, I'm not active
anymore, so please zap my name away next time you upload it.
