[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#678965: network-manager: inadvertantly reduces D-Bus replies-per-connection limit

network-manager has this line in
/etc/dbus-1/system.d/org.freedesktop.NetworkManager.conf:

        <limit name="max_replies_per_connection">512</limit>

It was intended to increase the limit from its historical value of 32.
However, since 2007 the default limit has been 8192, so this is actually
a reduction. Please remove this line.
