[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug 562026 has not disappeared for all times

I moved a Debian installation from sda3 to sda2.
After reconfiguring all the needed informations in fstab, etc. this runs
without a problem.

But starting KDE i get this console-kit error again.
Why?
