[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#643028: network-manager-gnome: refuses to join new wireless networks

I am using lightdm as session manager and openbox and I also experienced
this issue with network-manager-applet not reacting when trying to
connect to wireless networks.

At first I solved it by starting
/usr/lib/policykit-1-gnome/polkit-gnome-authentication-agent-1 from
openbox's autostart script (~/.config/openbox/autostart).

Then I noticed the file
/etc/xdg/autostart/polkit-gnome-authentication-agent-1.desktop which
starts polkit-gnome-authentication-agent-1, but only for
GNOME, XFCE, Unity (see the line "OnlyShowIn=GNOME;XFCE;Unity;").

So I copied
/etc/xdg/autostart/polkit-gnome-authentication-agent-1.desktop to
~/.config/autostart/polkit-gnome-authentication-agent-1.desktop, removed
the line "OnlyShowIn=GNOME;XFCE;Unity;" and now it works.

Don't know what's the right way to manage this for other sessions other
than the configured GNOME, XFCE and Unity ones...
