I can confirm the above and I add that connections marked as
"autoconnect" work without any problem, given that nmcli is not
involved.

However, given that I do not use any GUI, but manually-written
connections activated through nmcli, this means that network-manager is
useless ATM, so I would say that Severity: should be important.
