1) You've missed an '\n' after [Unit}
2) I've added the file - no effect.
   Tried `systemctl enable NetworkManager' - Invalid argument
   Tried `systemctl enable NetworkManager.service' - created a bunch
of symlinks, but still no effect.
   NM still crashes on startup:
