[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#700242: dbus not started when not selinux policy installed and selinux enabled

Package: dbus
Version: 1.6.8-1
Severity: normal

When I tried to start dbus in container when host system has selinux
enabled it fails with following error:
Failed to start message bus: Failed to open
"/etc/selinux/default/contexts/dbus_contexts": No such file or directory
Installing selinux-policy-default allows to start dbus, but I don't
think it right solution of that problem
