[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#700391: network-manager-gnome: nm-applet icon still shows connected also hw wifi switch is enabled or wifi is disabled in applet

When disconnect by enabling the hardware wifi switch or the software switch in the applet the icon of the applet still shows the 'connected' state (connection bars). It changes to 'disconnected' state for a short time when I reenable the switch, just before the 'connecting' icon appears.
