You had the same symptom, but there are likely to be multiple bugs that
can cause excessive CPU usage; for instance, I'm pretty sure fd.o #23194
has been fixed since before 1.6.

If you provide extra information as described further up the bug log, we
might be able to work out what the bug is. Any of these would be useful:

* strace output for the faulty dbus-daemon
* stack trace for the faulty dbus-daemon
* how many file descriptors in /proc/PID/fd?
* any other processes with high CPU usage at the same time?

When you upgraded dbus-x11 and stopped seeing this issue, did you also
upgrade dbus and libdbus-1-3, or did you literally only upgrade dbus-x11?
