distutils.sysconfig.get_config_var('SO') returns just ".so".
It should return ".cpython-33m.so".

This bug makes dbus-python FTBFS:
| mv: `debian/tmp/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/_dbus_bindings.so' and `debian/tmp/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/_dbus_bindings.so' are the same file
