[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#708458: nm-applet, nmcli, nm-connection-editor all fail to start after upgrade

I upgraded from 0.9.4.0-10, and now all nm programs fail
with the same error:

** (nm-applet:5278): WARNING **: Could not initialize NMClient
/org/freedesktop/NetworkManager: Launch helper exited with unknown
return code 1

network-manager itself is running ok and connects to known networks.

Downgrading to 0.9.4.0-10 cleared this problem up.

I'm using network-manager on a xfce desktop with the xmonad window
manager, but I doubt nmcli cares, so am guessing this is not a problem
with my environment.
