Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?

upgrading upower to the 0.9.23-2 versions

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?

I upgraded to the latest version.

   * What was the outcome of this action?

the system hang after few minuts.
I have try to reboot more time and always the system hang.

   * What outcome did you expect instead?

The system run withtouth hang.

I have downgraded to the previous version 0.9.22-1 (which I'm using for filling
this bug report) and the system work without problems
