[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#729124: avahi: enable deprecated interfaces

Dear maintainer,

I've prepared an package for avahi (versioned as 0.6.31-2.1) and not uploaded it. It should fix build from source with newer gtk+3.0, by enabling the use of deprecated interfaces and running autoreconf.
