Package: dbus
Version: 1.8.0-3
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

$ /usr/bin/dbus-send --system --print-reply --dest=org.freedesktop.UPower /org/freedesktop/UPower org.freedesktop.UPower.Suspend

works only once after boot time, then on resume, it will never suspend my laptop, giving this error:

Error org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NoReply: Did not receive a reply.
Possible causes include: the remote application did not send a reply, the message bus security policy blocked the reply,
the reply timeout expired, or the network connection was broken.

Thanks for your work for Debian!
