Dear Maintainer,

suspend works fine,
on resume, no interfaces are reinitialized, this includes both wired and
wireless

snippet from /var/log/messages that may be relavent
r8169 0000:07:00.0: no hotplug settings from platform

Workaround:
restarting the network-manager service
