Hi Michael,

The libdaemon package in Ubuntu has been patched to use dh-autoreconf at
build time, to force full regeneration of all autoconf-generated files.  As
has been discussed recently on debian-devel, this is necessary in order for
libdaemon to build on the new ppc64el port (because an updated libtool is
needed), and there's a growing consensus that we should do this by default
wherever possible.

Please consider applying the attached patch to the Debian package.
