[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#759124: network-manager-gnome: always claims connection failed after disconnect

Whenever I disconnect from a VPN (I use OpenVPN), even intentionally,
the title of the message is "VPN Connection Failed".  This isn't
accurate: I disconnected intentionally, and doing what I asked isn't a
failure.
