Well, I had a look at it the other day but then noticed that our
awesome-as-usual release team had already put an unblock request into
place, see https://packages.qa.debian.org/u/upower.html "Ignoring block
request by freeze, due to unblock request by jcristau".

So it should hit testing tomorrow or the day after.
