Running Network Manager with the KDE frontend on Jessie will manage tun devices
such as "teredo" created by Miredo and allow the user to disconnect them, but
is unable to reconnect them as the configration is managed by the daemon.

I would expect the devices to be unmanaged as was the case previously.
