[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#755148: Bug#755148: if inet6 is set to "manual", then IPv4 is ignored, too

It says:

	plugins=ifupdown,keyfile

	[ifupdown]
	managed=false

AFAICS thats the default. If I set managed=true, then
eth0 gets both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses using DHCP4
and SLAAC. The "inet6 manual" in the interfaces file
is ignored.
