[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#756144: network-manager: DHCP client upgrade is handled poorly

Dear Maintainer, there were two times in the last couple of months when I lost
connectivity using NetworkManager after upgrade of package isc-dhcp-client.

NM just can not use dhclient until NetworkManager.service is restarted.

Some time after package upgrade, existing DHCP connection is dropped and can not
be restored. Repeated messages are shown in the log:

 NetworkManager[679]: <info> (wan0): DHCPv4 client pid 24542 exited with status -1

I've tried to bring connection up manually with nmcli, it also failed.

The only way to restore DHCP connectivity is to restart NM.
