[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#768891: network-manager-gnome: The dropdown list does not stay open when you click the network icon.

Dear Maintainer,

when you try to open the dropdown menu in the top panel it only stays open as
long as you click on the icon. The only way I found to get around this was by
moving the pointer over the dropdown while clicking on the icon. As a user I
expect the dropdown menu to stay open after clicking the network icon.
