[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#767129: network-manager: im unable to use network-manager without installing systemd

Dear Maintainer,

I'm doing the change to sysvinit, and when i try to install network-manager it
tries to install systemd. A few months ago there was not this dependency and
network-manager worked well. Is there anything to do to use that package
without systemd?
