For anyone reading this bug report: If you want to create that
"nm-openvpn" user yourself as a temporary workaround until this is fixed
in the package, please make sure it is created as a *system* user.
I'm not quite sure yet, if we want to set the home directory to the
chroot directory or to '/', for now I'd run
$ adduser --system --group --gecos "NetworkManager OpenVPN" --home
/var/lib/openvpn/chroot nm-openvpn
If you already created the user, please delete it and recreate with the
command above.
