[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#599690: /usr/bin/nm-applet: Still an issue

After startup to ready desktop, the nm-applet appears to be trying to connect to a wireless network.  As soon as I try to click on it, it crashes.  It then has to be restarted.  Afterwards it usually behaves fine, but the steps are definitely reproducable.
