Attaching a patch for Network-Manager that replaces the HAVE_SYSTEMD 
ifdefs with sd_booted() calls, linking against systemd/sd-daemon.h.

It builds and runs fine under systemd, as far as I could test (but 
didn't have a GSM dongle handy, to really assess that it does).
