[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#777691: dbus: Can't logout properly after "service dbus restart"; reboot needed

When I execute "service dbus restart" as root (as suggested by
checkrestart), I can't logout properly:

First, when I quit the window manager (fvwm), only the window manager
quits; the X applications are still running. I suspect that the cause
is that the X server is still running.

Then I can do a "kill -TERM -1", but the X server is still running.

Then I can kill X from a virtual terminal, but my display manager,
lightdm, doesn't show up in any VT (7, 8, 9), and restarting it
doesn't solve the problem.
