Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?

I use NetworkManager in an environment where the firewall drops IPv6.

   * What was the outcome of this action?

NetworkManager sends to the system journal the following line every 5
seconds:

    NetworkManager[PID]: <error> [rdisc/nm-lndp-rdisc.c:241] send_rs(): (eth0): cannot send router solicitation: -1.

   * What outcome did you expect instead?

I expect this error message to show once if it may be useful, but not to
show up every 5 seconds.
