According to <http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/DBusBindings/>,
<http://cgit.freedesktop.org/dbus/dbus-glib/tree/README>
and <http://dbus.freedesktop.org/doc/dbus-glib/ch01.html> this
library is deprecated in favor of the dbus support in glib itself (gio
in particular).

Accordingly, it would seem to make sense to move dbus-glib to the
oldlibs section and mention that it's been deprecated in favor of the
functionality added to glib in 2.26 in the description.

(Yes, I know it wasn't marked as deprecated yet in 0.100, but it seems
to have been effectively deprecated at least as far back as 2011-04-04
