Is this fix going to be released for Jessie? I don't see it in
jessie-proposed-updates, and it (i presume) is SEVERELY affecting some of
my users:

System with default setup (80+% of 32GB RAM consumed by 'kded4' process)
# ps -o "pid:6,ppid:6,%mem:4,rss:8,size:8=SSZ,sz:8=PSZ,vsize:8,args:20"
$(pgrep kded4)
PID PPID %MEM RSS SSZ PSZ VSZ COMMAND
  1341 1 82.0 27030540 31969276 8150825 32603300 kdeinit4: kded4
[kdeinit]

System where i've had user install a powerdevil.desktop service override
disable file

# ps -o "pid:6,ppid:6,%mem:4,rss:8,size:8=SSZ,sz:8=PSZ,vsize:8,args:20"
$(pgrep kded4)
PID PPID %MEM RSS SSZ PSZ VSZ COMMAND
  1337 1 0.2 70972 2221556 710202 2840808 kdeinit4: kded4
[kdeinit]

FWIW, including disabler script for user override (in lieu of doing at the
system level) in case anyone is interested. Dunno if this is the best way
for users to disable powerdevil, but "It Works For Me(tm)"

thanks,
--stephen
